Agency vs Consultancy Relationship

An agency is a vendor relationship that is task oriented. A design agency focuses on project-based tasks to help a corporate image or brand. An example is redefining an antiquated logo or marketing material for a specific product campaign. The client organization defines the scope and the agency organization executes the scope. An IT agency performs in the same manner providing everything from infrastructure to man-power (ie call center support) based on the scope of work identified by the client organization. These solutions are short term and specialized for a specific product, project or individual business goal.

A consultancy is a partner relationship. A marketing, sales or IT consultant does not just execute a set of requirements but provides analysis, research and experience to elevate the success rate of the organization. For example, a marketing consultant looks beyond the individual marketing goal and more wholly identifies how that goal fits into the overall mission of the client organization. Often times, client organizations lose focus and miss opportunities to grow further and faster when processes and campaigns do not integrate well system-wide.

One of our clients – Underground Solutions, Inc (USI) has created a massive presence in their home state of California. This is in part due to the software technology we developed for their field employees to expedite detailed client reports within minutes of job site completion…something that competitors have lagged behind in many cases. We addressed the technological need of streamlining remote job site data and corporate operations data. This created an opportunity to expand corporate operations into other states where all field and corporate data would sync instantaneously. Scaling to regional and eventual national operations requires a new marketing strategy different than the hyper-local strategies used before. CPC Networks is actively producing and implementing a new marketing & sales strategy including new web presences, instant auto-lead assignment to each regional office based on the prospect’s geographic origin, global and regional marketing and lead nurturing campaigns running in tandem etc. By consulting with CPC Networks, USI was able to create ripple effects across multiple departments (IT & Marketing) and capitalize on growth opportunities.

CPC builds high end Marketing Plan for Cabo Managers in Cabo San Lucas

CPC was contacted by the owners of Cabo Managers, a high end real estate property and event management company catering to the beautiful homes and their owners located in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. The company provides full service Property Management with a personal touch and has over 50 years of combined experience in the property management and real estate business.

We designed and built Phase I, a  customized web and marketing strategy to include new Website, Branding and GEO Marketing plan targeted at various US cities. Using internet ad campaigns, direct mailings, email marketing, as well as social media.  Cabo Managers will build and grow their business at a very rapid pace.  Phase II of the plan is to roll out an online Cabo property rental system to include viewing, availability calendar and reservation system to plan the consumers luxury vacation to Mexico.

CPC is also instrumental in advising and consulting on the operations side of the business as well to accommodate infrastructure, customer service and technology demands of the growing business.

CPC Expands Restaurant Operations and Marketing in Scottsdale

We were contacted by the owners of Lenero Mexican Grill to help them build their dream of creating a pilot restaurant model in Scottsdale, AZ.  Plans are to expand operations and have up to 20 restaurants in AZ, CA, TX and Nevada.  The CPC team came up with an initial Marketing and operational budget and plan to enhance their food, operations, staff and outdoor music/event and private function services to its customers.

CPC is developing a customized web and marketing strategy to include new Website, mobile App, and direct customer contact and appreciation programs.  Working with the technology in their POS system, we are building the online ordering and processing portion with integration into new website.  We also brought in our professional food team for food styling and photography work to enhance our marketing and customer appeal to the high quality food Lenero offers to its customers.

CPC Boosts Leads for USI

CPC was brought in to develop and stimulate sales leads for Underground Solutions in Southern California.  We designed and developed a  customized website that enhanced through Google, their business offerings.  By incorporated integrated informational video of how it works as well as project completions, CPC informs viewers of all that USI brings to the table for its customers.

CPC implemented and maintains a streamlined monthly marketing email campaign system of electronic flyers and direct connects that targets industry organizations that use the USI service offerings.  USI has been  able to increase its sales leads by over 200%.  In addition, they were able to cut down on direct sales staff, savings thousands of dollars annually in payroll expense.
